Orders in France processed before noon will take 1 to 2 business days to arrive. Deliveries abroad may take 2 to 5 business days. Delivery details will be provided in your purchase details before payment and in your confirmation email.

- Delivery in France:

• Delivery in mainland France is free by express and to relay points with no minimum purchase.

- Delivery in EU:

• Free delivery to Europe Express relay points with no minimum purchase.
• Standard EU delivery is free for purchases over €600. Below that, you can choose between standard delivery for €12 or express delivery for €18.

- International express delivery:

• Express international delivery (outside the EU) is free for purchases over €600. For orders under €600, express delivery costs €26.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and a tracking number so that the shipping progress of your order can be tracked in real time . If the order was placed through your account, the status of your order can be checked by logging into your account and entering the "Orders" section. Orders can be returned free of charge if you use the same carrier that delivered your order.

Alternatively, you are free to choose the carrier of your choice. However, in this case, the return shipping costs will be your responsibility and will not be refunded. Please note that if you choose a different carrier, this may slow down the return process and the resulting refund.

For the United States only, you will be charged a one-time flat rate fee of $20 for each return shipment.

Every return authorized must be returned in perfect condition, with box, tissue paper, envelope and cover as received by Calishi. If any accessories are missing, they will be charged €10 per item missing.

We are only authorized to refund the credit card used for the initial payment.

If the credit card you used for payment has expired or been blocked, but you have a new card issued by the same bank, the refund will still arrive on your new credit card account, even if the number is different.

However, if you no longer have an account with this bank, please contact them directly to verify the details of the outstanding refund.
