Delivery
Yes, we ship worldwide. We run discounts and promotions all year round, so stay tuned for exclusive offers.
It depends on the destination. France orders processed before midday will take 1-2 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries may take 2-5 working days. Delivery details will be provided in your purchase details before payment and in your confirmation email.
- Delivery in France:
-Delivery in mainland France is offered by express and relay points.
- Delivery in EU:
- Free European express relay point delivery with no minimum.
- EU standard delivery is free for purchases over €600. Below you have the choice between normal delivery at 12€ or express delivery at 18€
- International express delivery:
- International express delivery (outside the EU) is free from 600€ of purchase. Below express delivery is 26€
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details and a tracking number so that the shipping progress of your order can be tracked. If the order was placed through your account, the status of your order can be checked by logging into your account and entering the “Orders” section. If the order was placed as a guest, the order status can still be viewed from the “Track My Order” section, available here.
Returns and Refunds

Each authorized return must be returned in perfect condition, with box, silk paper, envelope and cover as received by Calishi. If accessories are missing, they will be charged 10€ per missing items.
Orders can be returned free of charge if you use the same carrier that delivered your order. Alternatively, you are also free to choose another carrier of your choice. However, in this case, the return costs will be your responsibility and these will not be refunded. Please note that if another carrier is used, this may slow down the returns process and resulting refund.
RETURN FEES (US only) You will be charged a one-time flat fee of $20 for each return shipment.
We are only authorized to refund to the credit card used for the original payment. If the credit card you used for payment has expired or been blocked, but you have a new card issued by the same bank, the refund will still arrive in the account of your new credit card, even if the number is different. However, if you no longer have an account with this bank, please contact the bank directly to verify the details of the outstanding refund. Typically, the bank issues a physical check to reimburse you for the entire amount. We recommend that you provide the bank with a valid postal address, if necessary.
We will refund you within 14 working days from the date we receive your return in our warehouse and notify you by email. If orders are canceled before shipping, the refund will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the cancellation request. If your order was shipped to a destination within the European Union, all taxes (VAT) will be refunded. Outside the European Union, customs duties and taxes are not refundable. In any case, you may be able to recover the costs by contacting your local customs office directly. As this is not available in all countries, we recommend using a customs broker if you wish to obtain a refund of duties on returned goods. The money will be credited via the same payment method used for payment:

The refund will be visible in your PayPal account within 48 hours of receiving the refund confirmation email.

Shopping in our online store is very simple: if you already know what you are looking for, use the specific category links in the menu. Once you have found the piece you would like to order, select the size and color and click the "ADD TO CART" button below. You can view the selected items by clicking on the “Bag” at the top of the page on the right. You can remove products from your cart if you change your mind. Finalize your order by clicking on “Order”.
Creating an account is not obligatory, but in doing so, by creating an account you will be able to benefit from the following advantages:
• Track your order and review all your past purchases;
• Request the return authorization number directly from your account;
• Access your wish list;
• Be notified when new products are launched;
• Save your address and credit card details to speed up the purchasing process;

Product information
If the product in your size is no longer available, click on your size then enter your email address in the pop-up and click “send”: you will receive a notification when it is available again.
Please refer to the size guide found on the product page to help you choose the best size for your needs. If you are not completely satisfied with the size you ordered, you can return the product free of charge.
You can pre-order a selection of items before they are even available. All items of this type are identified by a "PRE-ORDER" label visible on the product page. You can purchase them and will receive them at the address of your choice as soon as we can deliver. If you have a mixed order, meaning it includes both already available items and pre-order items, it may be processed separately to ensure faster delivery.
Please note that payment will be taken when the package is shipped. You will receive a confirmation email as soon as we ship your package. To confirm the validity of your card, a payment of 1 euro may need to be authorized. There is no charge for this authorization: your bank card will only be debited upon delivery.
Customer account
To create an account, simply click here and follow the instructions. Please note that you are not required to create an account; you can even make purchases without registering. However, an account allows you to place orders securely, easily and quickly.
If you would like to request deletion of your account, please contact our customer service team using the “Contact Us” box below. Don't forget to indicate the email address and name used to create your account.
If you have forgotten your password, you can recover it by following these steps:
• Access the Password Recovery section, by clicking here .
• Enter your e-mail address
• Click “Send” You will receive an email with a new temporary password that you can change whenever you want, following the simple instructions.
